DMCA Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-16

Every sentence and every shape on these pages was made for this site. Should you nevertheless spot something you own, send word and it gets checked quickly. Claims are handled along the lines of the notice-and-takedown rules in section 512 of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

1. Streams on the partner site

Whatever appears on the linked partner site runs on that company's systems, not ours, so we can neither watch, keep nor delete it. Please take complaints about a stream or a member straight to the partner through its own help or reporting functions.

2. Contents of a notice

  • your handwritten or digital signature, as the rights holder or on the holder's behalf;
  • which work of yours is concerned;
  • the full URL on masterbatewithstrangers.com that shows the material;
  • contact data for our answer (full name, mailing address, telephone, email);
  • a written good faith belief that no owner, agent or law ever allowed this use;
  • a sworn line, under penalty of perjury: every detail you sent is true, and the right belongs to you or you were mandated by its holder.

Choose "Copyright" in our contact form and include all six points; missing ones only delay the answer.

3. After your notice

A complete, well-founded notice leads to swift removal or blocking of the material. If someone else supplied it, they hear from us.

4. Counter-notice

Objections travel the same route, through the contact form. Sign them, identify the removed item together with its former URL, and state under penalty of perjury your good-faith view that removal happened by mistake or misidentification. Include full name, mailing address and telephone, plus consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court covering where you live (abroad: any judicial district where the operator may be found).

5. Repeat infringers

Whoever keeps supplying infringing material to this site will not be able to do so again.
